Shipping & Delivery Policy
Travel Byte sells digital eSIM products only.
No physical products are shipped.
After successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions are sent to your registered email address, usually within a few minutes.
If you do not receive your email, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting support.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before the eSIM QR code has been generated and delivered.
Once the QR code has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled because digital products cannot be returned.
If you believe your order was placed by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
